I was recommended to join BNI by my relatives and I thought to give it a try. I was new and did not have much idea about running a business. The BNI team helped me in personal grooming and personality development. Initially, I had a phobia of speaking in public but the team helped me to overcome this situation. I received a lot of projects like Darjeeling chorrasta with given tiles sales worth Rs.12lacs. I am also working for the heritage property and Mayfair hotel project referred through Ankita (BNI member) that benefited me for an amount of approximately 50-60lacs. The BNI team helped me to know and interact with visitors for good business, and now I know around 300 to 400 people. I think BNI is the only one who helped me to understand my potential and helped me to expand my business. Thank you to the entire team of BNI.

I returned to my hometown Siliguri after spending about 10-15 years in Bangalore. I was unable to find a source for my kind of profession that I had been practicing in Bangalore. Initially, I joined my Dad’s business but was unable to figure out the planning for the long-term business. By some means, few business-related sponsors introduced me to BNI. I communicated with the BNI team and found that they have a feel of American organization and can draw a similar way of business functioning. Moreover, I thought joining the BNI could help me to build my business network. I had joined BNI on December 2018. At present, I can feel the difference in my business as in winter season my resorts got 90 per cent bookings through the BNI connectivity. In a period of two month we had over 100 customers and the majority was through the BNI links. All my success goes to the BNI team and at present I believe that my resort is in the finest position in the hospitality sector. Thank you.

I feel obliged to be a part of the BNI team and thankful for letting me grow effortlessly. BNI has helped me to improve my speaking skills and stay updated with all new business needs of the modern era. I learnt that in order to establish or run a business, one needs to be fluent and clear on convincing the client for the business. I started enjoying the company of the team and within a couple of weeks we had a business group of 10-15 friends. We began to stay in touch with few factories and organizations. It was one of our big achievements when we received a Mayfair project of 6.5lacs. It was my first project and was immensely benefitted from the same as I started getting numerous projects. At present, I am working on the project based on North Bengal Neuro Hospital that will deliver a total benefit of 1.5lacs. Thanks to the BNI team.

I have been running the transport logistics business for more than three years. Even though my business was running smoothly, it was not moving forward the way I have wanted. Through BNI, I was able to participate in more business opportunities. BNI served as a good business platform, and it helped me to run my company in maximum potential. With the help and cooperation of BNI, I was able to grow my transport logistics to the extent I never imagined. In the last three years, my company has successfully done a business of about ₹ 1 crore and 40 lakhs. I could have never obtained this feat without the support and help from BNI. I always wanted to start my own business, but I lacked the ideas and had no knowledge about “how’s and what’s” of the business. After I joined BNI, I was able to understand how we can conduct the market, and many members helped in generating business ideas. I was able to get more knowledge about the business. I met with many members from Kolkata and other places. BNI has helped me grow out of my network. I have a travel business and I was finding trouble in expanding it. Through BNI, I was able to connect with various agents from all across India. Now with the help of agents, I can make booking across India and also outside India. BNI helped me getting regular bookings from various vendors. It has helped me to increase in both inbound and outbound business. When I was looking for a reservation in a five star hotel in Mumbai, I got a deal for ₹10000. However, through BNI I was able to get the same for ₹8000 only. I want to thank BNI for helping me in one or more ways.

I have been working as a vendor for tour packages and was only able to provide people with tour packages that included only “Darjeeling and Sikkim”. I was not able to expand my business as I had a very limited area covered. When I joined BNI, I met a variety of vendors from all across India. After meeting with those vendors, we made an arrangement that allows us to work for each other as vendors. As per the agreement, I provide them with my packages and vice-versa. Through BNI, I got many references from other members that would not have been possible otherwise. Now with the help of BNI, I can provide destination tour packages for India and abroad too. A few years back, I got a referral from my friend for BNI. After becoming a member of BNI, I got in touch with one of his classmate, with whom I made a small business deal in Nepal. After posting a vendor requirement notice in BNI Pan India group, we received offers from various vendors from Mumbai and Coimbatore. The transactions made with those vendors were worth about 18-20 lakhs. During one instance, when I wanted to move to a different flat there was no standard transporter to provide me with services to carry out my belongings. Rahul Agarwal, another member of BNI, helped me out with the services. His philosophy of “give and take” was very welcoming and I had an enjoyable experience in growing my business and moving out to a new flat. Thanks to BNI and its members, I am successful right now. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a social and business organization like BNI.

Recently, I received a big order of handle requirement, but prior to the order, I had no idea about the same. Therefore, to gain more knowledge about the company, I posted an enquiry in the all India BNI portal. Through BNI, I received a lot of information about handle requirements. BNI and its members helped me in developing my personal skills that include knowledge about good speaking and leadership qualities. The information and acquired skills helped me crack an order worth ₹ 4.56 Lakh of style bazaar store. In recent times, the style bazaars are opening quite a good number of branch stores in Siliguri. Moreover, I have received an opportunity in dealing with every new store that is opening. It would have never been possible without the help of BNI. I am thankful to BNI and its members.
